Client of Cygnus Staffing Solutions a leading Global MNC in under ground Heavy Engineering Projects looking for
STORES Manager
Prepare Material Requirement Plan Based on Project Requirements & Forecast Schedule.
Prepare Project requirement materials Plan
Prepare Daily Project consumption Plan.
Generating Daily OEE reports
Prepare Daily stock report and Monitoring Daily shortages.
Track material shortage and provide immediate solution
Liaison with the purchase department to maintain optimum inventory.
Organized a neat and clean store / warehouse and ensured achievement of all goals.
Checking and inspecting goods received and ensuring they are of accurate quantity, type,
and also acceptable quality.
Selecting space for storage and arranging for good to be placed in the designated areas.
Labeling goods that have arrived at the warehouse.
Prepare Gate entry & GRN, Timely clearance of payments & handling vendor inquiries
Issuing & Receiving of materials through ERP system.
Maintaining FIFO Systems & MRS , MIS Reports
Keeping records of stock inventory (Goods Return, Spoiled Stock) related to the
Warehouse.
Reconciliation the physical stock with system stock.
Maintaining MRM reports
Preparing Daily/Weekly/Monthly Schedule to Supplier and Monitoring Supplier
Performance.
Monitoring and Maintaining Dispatch reports on Daily/Weekly/Monthly basis
Preparing Invoices, RGP , NRGP & GRN
Assist logistics process in order to ensure smoothness of product delivery.
Responsible for Material distribution.
Maintaining coordination with workers and management team.
BOM Parts Scheduling & Procurement as per production projections shared by PPC
Liaison with the production department to maintain optimum inventory.

Plans and implement logistical strategies.
Identify bottlenecks in supply chains, and suggest solutions to ensure that they do not
transpire again.
Oversee goods storage, handling, and distribution.
Forecast supply demands, and ensure that they are met.
Keep accurate records of all processes involved in supply chains.
Assist logistics process in order to ensure smoothness of product delivery.
Plan delivery timetables.
Ensure that inventory levels are at par with requirements.
Preparing MIS reports.
Determine key supply chain KPIs
Identify bottlenecks in supply chains, and suggest solutions to ensure that they do not

Qualifications : Any Graduate
Experience : 8 to 12 years preferably from Tunnel Boring Industries, Heavy Engineering Projects.
Job Location: Jabalpur - Katni, Madhya Pradesh
CTC : Negotiable
