Job Description

Primary :
Independent handling of finalization of income-tax returns for L&T and its S&A companies. Handling of Transfer Pricing matters including assessments. Team leader to handle new compliances such as CbCR, PoEM & GAAR
and for handling income-tax assessments and litigation matters, etc.
Secondary :
Handling various advisory services to ICs and S&A Companies for remittances, TDS from local payments, analysis of case laws, etc.
