Responsible for managing complex IBM SAN (SVC, V7K V5K, FS900) and NAS Implementation, Configuration and Troubleshooting
Responsible for planning, designing, integrating and driving large-scale IBM SAN and NAS solutions. Manage complex project.
Act as a final contact for any technical issue for the assigned accounts. Drive Critical/Major incidents and involve in RCA preparations.
Responsible for planning and capacity management of storage infrastructure.
Responsible for implementing DR solutions and performing DR tests.
Responsible for addressing performance and replication related issues.
Responsible for fabric management (Brocade and Cisco)
Responsible for code management.
Responsible for compliance of the infra.
Support management in technical discussion with clients and customers.
