Hiring for Sr.Manager/Manager-Process Reengineering/Transformation/Six Sigma-Big4 Firm in Bangalore!!!!!!!!!
The opportunity
This role provides strategic oversight of company's offering and expertise for engagements across geographies. This role provides direction to transition teams to ensure service offering is fit for purpose. This role provides transition, Process Reengineering, subject matter expertise, project leadership, and direction to GDS & area teams to ensure our service is fit for purpose. The role supports the initiatives of the Transition and provides direction.
Your key responsibilities
- Defines, drives, and coordinates the development of process improvement initiatives, projects and activities.
- Leads analysis and process mapping efforts and identifies and prioritizes opportunities for improvement
- Supports implementation activities and interacts with senior leadership to accomplish process improvement objectives to achieve sustainable results
- Apply process improvement and reengineering methodologies and principles to identify and plan improvements (process and technology) including identifying the current process, applying best practices, and creating performance measurements.
- Lead non-conformance investigation, root cause analysis, corrective, and preventive actions.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of organization-wide process-centric methodologies (i.e. Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, Metrics, Goal Alignment, etc)
- Provide education and coaching on process methodologies, enterprise process leadership, and impact of recommended changes.
- Work with customers to establish and maintain excellent working relationships, resolve issues, and promote team services and capabilities.
- Facilitate organizational change and experience in project management

- Lean Six Sigma Certified
- Excellent oral and written communication, Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Educates and aligns employees to the principles, practices and philosophies of continuous improvement
- Assists in the development of Continuous Improvement training materials and provides additional forms of knowledge transfer
- Broad understanding of information technology topics. Effective interpersonal skills and collaborative management style to include teamwork and team building ability
- Comfortable with ambiguity and time spent outside of comfort zone acquiring new skills
- Flexible in a fast-paced dynamic environment with shifting roles and responsibilities. Technically creative and open-minded
Education
- Exp: Overall 15 + Years of experience, with a minimum 5 years of experience in Process Reengineering
- Job Location: Bangalore
- Industry type Finance (Tax/ F & A)
Ideally, you ll also have
- He/she should have a global perspective in leading virtual teams and ability to work within a matrix management structure, and be prepared to travel as needed
- Ability to handle multiple deliverables with quality and timelines
- Ability to multi-task and handle pressure intensive deliverables
- An ideal candidate must have managed and executed large multi country, complex Transitions
- Candidate must possess excellent Client management, stakeholder management, program management skill, situation handling, advance presentation skill, handled Senior Management (CEO/ CTO/Program sponsor) connect
- Thought leadership, Innovation skill & Demonstrated expertise in designing future & Next Generation Transition Solutions, ideation & execution of the tool / utilities/ product that will help to improve Transition Quality, reduce transition duration, automation of transition task, enhance & improve the end user experience during Transition program. Should have lead initiatives on above similar areas.
