Job Description
DevOps Lead PSG (India Offshore All Locations) Minimum Qualification: Bachelor or Masters degree in
information systems/ Computer Science or equivalent The DevOps Lead should be well versed with
current go-to market CI/CD tools. Should have ample knowledge and implementation experience in Build
and Deployment strategies. Should have command over automation technologies and fair understanding
in build and deployment process in DCT. Should be proficient in scripting tools using C#, PHP, Perl.
Should have working knowledge in Azure DevOps, SSMS, RedGate and Octopus. Knowledge in Cloud
deployment is ideal. Responsibilities: Building and Setting up new Development tools and Infrastructure.
Understanding the needs of stakeholders and conveying to Solution architects and developers.
Working on ways to automate and improve development and release processes through Automated
CI/CD Working with software developers and software engineers to ensure deployments follows
established processes without human intervention Monitor deployments across various environments
through Integrated Deployment Dashboard Constantly scoping the new prospects for automating work
items in respect of Gated Code Check-in, Automated Build and Regression and Deployment
Understand and implement changes in Build and deployment strategies Experience: Minimum 6+ years
in DevOps implementation with exposure to Jenkins, Octopus and Azure DevOps Experience leading a
business requirement process from a DevOps technical stand point. Strong interpersonal skills with the
ability to interact with Team to create the synergy and forecast the DevOps strategy to be followed
Experience delivering in agile methodology driven by Story Boards created in different ALM Tool (JIRA,
TFS etc.) with Cloud Native Solution Architecture Ability to interact with integrity and a high level of
professionalism with all levels of team members and management Ability to work and influence
successfully within a matrix environment.
