While we are all set to release upcoming movies across the globe. We are also offering an extensive post production infrastructure and services set in one of the most accessible locality of the town. It includes a luxurious preview theater, a well-equipped Recording Studio, multiple edit suites and other services such as facilitating sound recording, dubbing and animation.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
Designation : Social Media Monetization Head
Location: Lower Parel
Experience: 7-8 Years relevant experience
Working days: Monday to Saturday (2nd & 4th Saturday off)
Working hours: 9.00am -6.00Pm
Job Responsibilities & Achievements:
- Managing active YouTube channels
- Managing premium content
- Achieving monthly Revenue targets. Tracking CPMs on daily basis.
- Conceptualization and content ideation
Team Management:
- Conducting daily meetings with the team to keep a track on their work
- Delegating work and guiding as to how to grow a channel
- Being appreciative of their work and keeping them motivated in order to churn out quality work
Reports & CMS:
- Tracking daily, week on week and month on month data which includes:
KPIs, CPMs, growth of the channel, analysis, competitors data, subscribers
Show wise and channel wise. Analyzing any spike or dip seen
- Managing all claims and creating video/asset groups
- Keeping a track on policies used for video visibility and UGC (anti-piracy)
- Downloading, collating, analyzing, maintain reports as and when required
- Take necessary & immediate action in case of copyright/community claim/strike
