Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Source new sales opportunities through various outbound methods, such as, cold callsemailsnetworking, social media, webinars, events, conferences, etc.
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities, Research accounts, identify prospects, generate interest and thereby generate leads
  • Identify key buying influencers within these prospects to determine budget and timeline.
  • Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications in order to move opportunities through the sales funnel
  • Maintain and expand database of prospects (sales funnel) within your assigned territory
  • Present and promote products/services to prospective customers
  • Set up meetingsidentify pain points &evaluate needs, perform cost-benefit needs analysis and suggest appropriate products/services to the prospective customers
  • Generate online demos on products and services to prospective customers
  • Route qualified opportunities to the sales executives for further development and closure
  • Achieve agreed upon lead generation targets and outcomes within schedule
  • Coordinate lead generation effort with team members and other departments
  • Deal with complaints or doubts to safeguard the company's reputation
  • Handle grievances to preserve the company's reputation

Academic Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in any field
  • Masters degree or Post Graduate Diploma in SalesMarketing or relevant field

Experience Requirement

1-2years of work experience withupto1-yearexperienceintolead generation will be preferred

  • Ability to deal with and address complaints
  • Excellent selling, negotiation and pipeline management skills
  • Familiarity with proactive lead generation techniques
