Job Description

Meet Business Goals and Objectives as per defined timeline.

Counselling students by providing them all the details about Institutions or Universities.

Finalising the suitable Institutions/Universities for students and making them apply.

Handle incoming queries on phone, email, and office walk-ins.

Make outgoing calls, send e-mails to follow up with interested students/candidates and counsel them.

Maintain and update the database and MIS of all the business process activities for the team.
