Making cold calls to the into US Region
Generate new leads and set appointments for the Business Development Managers, within defined territory, for specific lines of business, through telemarketing
Works closely with Business Development Managers to qualify prospects, coordinate meetings, and drive new opportunities
Clearly and effectively communicates Orcapod services to prospects
Building a database from various resources like Linkedin/Upwork/Guru
Strives to meet or exceed prospecting goals on daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly basis
Qualifications and Experience
Minimum 2+ years experience into Inside Sales / Lead Generation.
Experience in selling into US markets
Prior experience in B2B sales desired.
Experience of working in mid- or large enterprises
Has managed a team of Inside sales associates to develop international markets
Capable of building a database/have experience of building a database from various platforms
Good phone and email communication skills.
Ability to talk to Managers and CXO level executives.
Self-Motivated, Quick Learner with interest in technology solution sales.
Strong customer service and teamwork skills.

Timings: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM OR 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM
Working days: Sunday to Thursday ; 2nd and 4th sat off
Person should have her own laptop/ desktop with internet connectivity.
