We have urgent opening for the job profile of HR Recruiter/IT Recruiter.
Mandatory Requirement:
Candidate should have own laptop.
Must have minimum of 6 month work experience into IT Recruitment/Non IT recruitment.
Job Responsibilities:-
Full-lifecycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating packages, recommending candidates for employment and building relationships with technical professionals.
Responsible for end-to-end recruitment for IT (Middle level Senior level requirements)
Analyzing the client requirement, understanding the job description properly.
Sourcing the candidates from the database, job portals, job posting, mass mailing, internet searches and references with relevant and quality candidates, within the stipulated time frame
Responsible for managing the Full recruitment life cycle from receiving the requirement, screening, validation to acceptance of offer and final placement.
Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all
positions
Meeting staffing requirement of employer/Companies.
