Job Description:Experience of 3 - 8 Years QA Experience on Salesforce Marketing Cloud QA
Experience Exposure on Salesforce Sales Service or Pardot is added advantage but not mandatory
Experience Exposure of SQL Experience Exposure of AMP Script
Basic exposure to HTML SSJS Integration Testing
Exposure Data Segmentation Automations Testing Journey
Testing Exposure of Email Studio Web Studio Journey Builder Audience Builder Test Scenarios, Test Cases, Test Data Preparation
STLC Software Testing Life Cycle Bug Life Cycle
Excel working in a fast paced agile scrum environment
Certifications Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist or Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator
Roles:
Accomplish end to end testing and identify document and appropriately escalate defects found during execution of test cases scenarios
Introducing an automated test methodology on the SFMC platform Collaborating with development teams to design build and test deliveries so that test failures are found as early as possible
Engage closely with scrum teams and architects as QA governance to verify user story epic acceptance criteria and test cases provide thorough positive and negative testing throughout the development lifecycle
Take responsibility for and ownership of all test artefacts required by the team Promote and facilitate excellent triage including root cause analysis in support of our Continuous Improvement
Team player with a positive attitude and high attention to details Highly self-motivated with strong problem solving and analytic skills
somebody willing to go the extra mile to achieve the goals Passion for delivering high quality products
Should be comfortable working independently as well as in a team environment
Excellent communication skills must be confident speaking with key stake holders also non-technical stake holders.
