Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities
- Independently Handle Administration which includes communicating with employees, clients, prospective clients, vendors and utility providers
- Manage e-mails, Communicate and Coordinate with Management, Operations Team and Clients
- Manage phone calls

- Manage office administration including maintenance of records, premises, assets and documentation
- hold Office keys and open and close local office

- keep track of activities entrusted and complete and report on time
