Job Description
UIUX Designer works closely with product managers and engineering teams evaluating user requirements and identifying ways to build an immaculate user experience for digital products.
This role uses customer input and information from key business stakeholders to design or re-design complex applications.
UIUX Designer will work across one or more Business Units and on multiple products.
UIUX Designer will:
- Be an intelligent storyteller.
- Be a part of the agile product(s) team.
- Create Information architecture for digital solutions and propose design methodologies.
- Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers
- Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
- Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets
- Build page navigation buttons and search fields
- Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like
- Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables)
- Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
- Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
- Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images

- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
- Experience operating medium to large scale systems.
- Strong sense of ownership.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to variety of audiences.
- Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment.
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
Qualification & Experience-
- BSc in Design, Computer Science or relevant field
- 3+ years of experience working on digital solutions and web/mobile products.
- Strong experience on design tools like Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, Invision, Balsmiq, Adobe Illustrator & photoshop etc.
- Experience with designing at least one large scale product end to end.
- Contribution to the Design community will be a big plus.
