Experience: 10-15yrs
* Experience as quality prime/ SQA, project or delivery management for EUC, Asset & DC programs with focus on process improvement
* Experience in Delivery Management , ITIL, Six Sigma and Lean Project knowledge is must
* Experience in leading internal & External Audit initiatives , Proactive tracking SOW Parameters and highlighting and track improvement with ADH/DM/PM
* Self driven with Strong written & verbal communications
* Ability to work with different levels of management across organization, excellent customer focus
* Experience /Exposure to ISO /CMMI standards
* Drive Central Quality Define process along with Account specific delivery parameters such as SLA, Escalation, CSAT and Reporting of critical parameters to stakeholders
* Drive Agile transformation, process definitions and initiatives as per business requirements
* Define and track Key Performance Indicators and best practice implementation
* Assist in internal/external quality audits, track non-compliance to closure and ensure adherence to ISO/CMMI, SOX Compliance, IRMC, Data Privacy guidelines
* Continuously look for process improvements, Ticket Audit ,facilitate delivery to implement productivity improvements, Lean, Next Gen, Six Sigma methodologies
