Job Description
Purpose:
The digitization team focusses on enterprise-wide digital transformations that helps the organisation for incremental revenue, operational excellence, Cost optimization and better customer experience. The team focuses on driving multiple digital initiatives across business functions to enable higher productivity and seamless delivery with effective controls and transparent reporting/analytics. You will play key role to ideate, formalize PoC and E2E manage delivery of digital solutions that suits specific needs of these.

Preferred Experience:
- Experience in developing digital strategies and implementing digital transformation in large organisations. (At least 1 Life Insurance project in last 3 years)
- Possess good understanding of various insurance channels, customer lifecycle and technology landscape
- Strong analytical skills, creativity and communication skills to encourage clients to execute their digital roadmap. Strong Presentation skills
- Good exposure to RPA, AI, Emerging technologies relevant to Insurance and / OR similar business models
- Experience leading projects through all phases of the lifecycle
Education: Post Graduation from reputed institutes (Full time preferred)
Relevant experience: Experience of minimum of 5 7 years in Insurance domain post full time Masters/Postgraduate. (Exception for Part Time Masters for highly skilled candidates)
