Electrical Design Engineer @ International

Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Estimation of project cost and preparation of offer.
• Preparation of purely technical documents like technical details, engineering drawings (GA/SLD/Control, etc), electrical switchgear and associated accessories.
• Preparation of BOM/BOQ at pre-tendering stage.
• Preparing response to technical queries raised by the bid evaluator during evaluation stage of a tender bid.
• Preparation of final BOM/BOQ , and engineering drawings after receipt of order.
• Closing technical issues raised by the user department (customer) if any during engineering stage post order.
• Technical documentation like electrical operating manual, etc.
• Inspection, testing and wiring knowledge of different types of LV AC Electrical Panels, AMF Panels,
• PCC Panels, MCC Panel, VFD Panel, APFC Panel, Distribution Panels, Bus ducts.
• Lending engineering support either remotely or at site to subordinate staff in attending to customer
• complaints in supplied Electrical Systems.
• Supervision of Installation and Commissioning of New Machinery at customer sites and other relevant

works.

• Adherence to quality objectives by following standard operating procedures for each process and spreading awareness of the same to junior staff and workers.
