Job Description
Opening for Designer Associate
Designation:Designer Associate (DA)
Salary: 28K Gross
Experience: Min 1 Yr in architect
Qualification: B.Arch only (BE Civil - Not applicable)
Location: Bangalore (South West)
Two wheeler Must
Age below 25
Desired Profile :
- He/She should be Architect(no need of B.E civil)
- He/She should have at least 1 year's prior experience with proper B.Arch graduate.
- He/She should be good in communication.
- Should have their own means of transportation (2/wheeler) and be open to travelling within the city on a daily basis.
Job Description :
- A Design Consultant is responsible for understanding the consumer's needs, tastes and requirements to finally submit a site design along with supervising of its execution.
- A Designer is also responsible for site conversion, material selection, preparing BOQ, site visits. Coordinating between sales team, vendor & customers.
- The in-house DAs should be Architect/ interior design graduates, preferably with at least 1-2 years of decor industry experience.
Responsibilities :
- Should maintain a healthy relation between team member and Company.
- Capability to support & sustain a positive work environment that fosters team performance.
- Skilled in identifying resource requirements and assigning responsibilities to the team while ensuring effective coordination amongst all.
- Expertise in imparting training to new members of the team and retraining of older CCs, monitoring performance and comparing to the months objective
- Formulating plan & solution to assure achievement of agreed to volume & profit objectives Complete painting and dcor knowledge
- Work with different aiding tools and technology to help customers choose from the wide range of products & designs for their home dcor makeover.
- Willingness to travel in case required.
