Job Description
Hiring Demand/Supply Planning Managers in E-Commerce at Bangalore
Demand /Supply Planning, will be part of the Capacity planning
charter for of E-Commerce Large SC
Location: Bangalore
Education : Btech/ MBA from Tier 1 or Premier Institutes
Responsibilities:
Supply Chain
- Understand key drivers of Supply Chain from demand and supply side
- Understand trends and work on forecasts basis trends and demandplans
- Create the detailed plan and share the same for supply / capacity and ops planning
- Bring consensus and agreement to finalize planning numbers with allstakeholders
- Closely monitor key metrics of Supply Chain with internal and externalstakeholders
- Own areas of improvement as part of Planning team and recommendchanges
- Understand capacity levers and optimize activities to drive high CU
Analytical thinking
- Ability to analyze large data and convert into simple presentableforms
- Proficient in MS-Excel & R
- Improve process & work flows to reduce TAT & derive insights
- Ability to create supply and capacity models to simulate and buildscenarios
- Works closely with stakeholders to drive improvements and efficiencies in the
system
What youll need:
- Clearly demonstrated process-orientation and structured, organized thinking,
excellent analytical ability
- Demonstrated ability in setting up new processes with proven track record of
stakeholder management and program management in Supply Chain planning
domain
- Experience in Capacity planning will be an added advantage
- Expertise in tools - MS Excel/R/Power BI
- 2 to 4 years work experience in any of the following industries/fields
Consulting, Supply Chain, Retail organizations, FMCG
Location: Bangalore, Karnataka
