Job Description
Location: Nariman Point.
Position: Customer Service Executive - Personal Care (Hair care & Skin care Products)
Division: SOVA
Experience: 2 to 5 yrs
Qualification: Any Graduate with relevant experience.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls in a more professional manner and provide information about products and services as required by the callers or customers.
- They are responsible for taking or cancelling orders, and obtaining details of customer complaints
- 3. Keep records of interactions and transactions of customer; keeping record of details of customer complaints, inquiries, and comments.
- Process orders, applications, and forms.
- Generate sales leads.
- Meet personal /customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas.
- Establish and monitor the standards for customer service in the company. This is achieved using a recognized and comprehensive benchmark.
- Identify tasks critical to keeping custom satisfaction levels in check.
- Network with various departments and groups that are involved in customer support, orders, and processing.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
- Take the extra mile to engage customers.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
Requirements:
Mostly prefers female candidate.
Track record of over-achieving quota
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Excellent communication Skill
