Designation:Legal- In House Lawyer
Experience: At least have 3+ years of experience gained in large law firm and/or in-house with major firm/ Corporates/ Multinational Companies. Having experience with a Pharmaceutical company will be an added advantage
Location: Borivali.
Qualification: LLB.
Job Responsibilities:
- Consult and handle all corporate legal processes independently (e.g. intellectual property, mergers & acquisitions, financial/securities offerings, compliance issues, transactions, agreements, lawsuits).
- Draft and solidify agreements, contracts and other legal documents to ensure the companys full legal rights. Must be well versed with drafting, vetting, abstracting and execution of commercial contracts.
- Structure, draft and review reports and other legal documents as per the companys requirement.
- Draft and administer all contracts and maintain the companys Legal database.
- Expertise in IPR valuation, filing and application process
- Handling trademark and copyright by providing contextual advice and expert guidance in trademark application.
- Handling intellectual property rights, trademark and copyright application of IPR by providing contextual advice and expert guidance in trademarks and copy right sector.
- Handle trademark and copyright oppositions, revocations, invalidations and assignments.
- Drafting of contracts related to IPR and all other contacts of corporate sector. Provide legal advice on IPR process. Assist in formulating, drafting, editing and implementing company strategies, policies, procedures (as required) to mitigate risk to the Company.
