Job Description

Good knowledge on project management, scrum management with background in Java.
Manage the offshore team with 1-2 projects with each project having a team size of 7-11
members.
Track the project progress.
Detailed project planning. Sprint planning. Backlog grooming. Capacity planning. Velocity
tracking.
Report the project progress - Planned V/S Actuals.
Report any variance.
Identify, track && highlight risks to closure.
Plan for code reviews.
Test metrics efficiency.
Team management && project operation activities.
Staffing, billing, SOW, estimation, change request.
Hands-on experience in managing fixed price projects.
