Job Description

Co-ordination with vendors for the immediate resolving of all Surveillance ( Alarm & CCTV ) issues for under warranty equipment.
Maintenance & rectification of Warranty expired Alarm & CCTV Systems in Branches.
Coordination of Alarm & CCTV Installation in New Branches
N/w Related Issue & Rectification for both Alarm & CCTV and Branch networks in consultation with RSA / Network Team.
Follow-up with ISPs for all new & existing BB connections.
Configuration of BB & Modem/routers for Alarm & CCTV both Remote, Local view.
Providing necessary Training to Branches / RO for branch level usage of Applications.
Monitoring the Functions of Surveillance Hub &Coordination with IT, Audit& Surveillance Dept. for the earliest rectification of complaints.
Minor Rectification of Branch Systems & Printer issues in consultation with RSAs while branch visit.
