Maintenance Incharge/Manager
Responsible to lead the maintenance department of the plant with both Electrical and Mechanical Maintenance

Should have a very strong knowledge of Mechanical, Hydraulics and Pneumatics
Must have knowledge of Mechanical presses, Hydraulic presses, Pneumatic Presses, Conventional Machines, Hydraulic power packs, Forging press/hammer, Air Compressor, Molding machines etc

Must have a working knowledge of electrical maintenance (he will have to guide the electricians and get the work done)
Must have a min work experience of 10 years as a maintenance incharge or above posts
Must have the ability to arrange new fitters and helpers
He should be a good man manager with a clear focus to resolve problems quickly, reduce breakdowns and get the maximum output from his team
Should have knowledge and ability to implement systems like Preventive Maintenance, MTBF and MTTR reductions etc
Should have good knowledge about local market for getting job works done, arranging technical experts in case of need and awareness of availability of critical spares
Salary range - 45000 to 60000 CTC per month
Ludhiana candidates will be preferred.
