Assistant Manager - HR
The purpose of Recruitment Managers is to oversee their company's recruitment process in its entirety.
This includes designing and modifying recruiting procedures, recording recruiting metrics, supervising the recruiting team, and monitoring the recruiting team's performance.
To manage and conduct all Employee Relations procedures with support from HR Operations on the disciplinary, grievance, performance management, and redundancies, Internal Complaints Committee, etc.
