Job Description
Responsibilities and Duties
- Recruiting excellent staff.
- Maintaining a smooth on boarding process.
- Training, counselling and coaching our staff.
- Resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation.
- Employee background verification.
- Carrying out necessary administrative duties.
- Conducting performance and wage reviews.
- Developing clear policies and ensuring policy awareness.
- Creating clear and concise reports.
- Maintaining and reporting on workplace health and safety compliance.
- Handling workplace investigations, disciplinary and termination procedures.
- Maintaining employee and workplace privacy.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- Proven more than 5 years of experience as HR officer, administrator or other HR
- Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
- Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.
- Degree in business administration, social studies or relevant field; further training will be a plus.
