Greetings of the day!
We are Hiring for QC Chemist Lab
Quality Management System
QMS Activity Internal Audit & their documents, Handling Market
Complaints , NCR reviewing , feedback of customer.
Facilitate by weekly status by meetings with other departments to improve documentation turn over time.
Provide training on GLP,GDP, GMP & Flowchart.
Quality Control Activity.
Sampling & Analysis of RM/PM & Fiish Good Products.
Analysis of Raw Meterial by Titration Ca ,H2O2 ,Mg , Naoh, Vitamin C.
Analysis of Protein, Moisture, Ash, Specific Gravity. pH ,TS,TDS.
QC Instrument Handled
pH meter, Conductivity meter
Weighing balance, Auto Titrator,
Karl Fischer Titrator for water content
Bucchi for Protein and Ammonia Analysis
Analysis of Na, K by Flame Photometric method.
Analysis of Phosphorus and Vitamin B12 by UV Spectroscopy.
Analysis of Stability Products.
Long term Stability.
Accelerated Stability.
Analysis of Packing Material.
GSM ,Bursting strength, Tensile testing, Scuff testing.
Analysis of Tube, Carton, Bottle, HDPE/LLDPE.
Approval of new Art Work-Carton, Foil, Label.
QC Documentation.
Record the Calibration and verification Log Books of the instruments.
Release FG and Bulk COA timely to production department.
To maintain the Consumption record of chemicals and glassware.
Maintain SOP STP and specification for RM/PM as per respective guidelines.
Working Experience on SAP & ERP, QTMS, X3
GLP , GDP, 5S ,KPIs, Safety & PDCA cycle training attended
Primary Duties:
- Perform Pre-Operational Inspection as needed
- Perform Operational Inspection as needed.
- Perform Blend Checks per written procedures
- Perform Net Weight checks per written procedures.
- Perform Calibration Verification Procedures per written policy.
- Perform Quality Parameters Readings per written policy.
- Perform Routine, documented Quality Checks. Report deficiencies and non-compliances to team leader and take corrective measures when needed.
- Maintain sanitation of lab equipment.
- Ensure that Raw material and Packaging material is used per written procedures.
- Ensure that all employees are adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices.
- Place products on hold when needed per hold and release program. General Duties:
- Participate in employee training program.
- Help maintain documentation relating to SQF level 2 compliance.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Manager or Team Lead.
Minimum Required Skills:
- Bachelors Degree in Science related field OR High school diploma/GED with equivalent experience.
- Beauty & Wellness industry experience is a plus.
- Must have good troubleshooting and decision-making skills.
- Experience in a high-speed manufacturing environment preferred.
- Above average Mathematical Skills.
- Adaptable to a team environment with a positive attitude.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work systematically, logically and effectively under pressure; in a fast-paced
