Job Description

The candidate will be responsible for shortlisting the CVs
Coordinate and take mock interviews of students
Develop, implement and manage a variety of Jobs placements
To correspond to prospective companies for interview dates and schedule of events
Network with employers and plan recruitment events accordingly
Screening potential candidates based on Mock interview and Job readiness
Negotiate with HR and get the best possible remuneration and profile for Candidates

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 6 months of Experience as HR Executive / Recruiter
Those who have worked with Placement consultancy will be preferred
Must be excellent in written and verbal English
Minimum Qualification is Graduation.
Must be ready to work from Tuesday to Saturday [ Monday is off]
