Job Description
Responsibilities :
- To conceive and develop efficient and intuitive marketing strategies
- Generate database from Schools and other sources.
- Meets the Principals, Coordinators and management Personals of schools for Business generation.
- Arranging the effective distribution of marketing materials including leaflets, posters, flyers, newsletters, e-newsletters etc.
- Conducting Seminars in schools, open seminars in town, Residential Apartments (Townships).
- Conducting various marketing campaigns, exhibitions and promotional events and Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance
- Converting data into admissions.
- Interaction with students and parents on routine basis.
- Liaison with Local tuition teachers to add business.
- Initiate and control surveys to assess customer requirements and dedication
- Maintain relationships with media vendors and publishers to ensure collaboration in promotional activities
Qualifications :
- Zeal to learn, Go Getter attitude
- Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods
- Thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices
- Proficient in MS Office and marketing software (e.g. CRM)
- Familiarity with social media and web analytics (e.g. WebTrends)
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Strong organisational and time- management abilities
- Creativity and commercial awareness
