Job Type: Offroll (3rd Party payroll)
If the candidate has Laptop or Desktop then it will be an added advantage.
Offroll Job will get renewed after an year
Job description
Make outbound calls to corporate clients who had taken the service of the company.
Route calls to appropriate resource / concerned Manager.
Follow up with Clients / make reminder calls as and when needed.
Well versed with interacting with clients on calls and mails
Required Qualifications:
Good communication skill in English
Excellent knowledge of Word and Excel is a must
Adaptable and flexible
Ability to perform under pressure
Ability to work well in a team
Ability to meet deadlines
