i.Designing and executing complex MIS in large-organizational setting;
ii.Advanced data management skills, including knowledge of MS Access, PowerPoint, Excel and SPSS.
iii.Use of software likeInDesign, Corel, etc. and also ADOBE & PDF
SkillIn-depth knowledge and adept in practical use of MS Office.
Knowledge of DTP (Desktop Publishing) and Graphic Designing
Exceptional communication skills (both written and oral) in Hindi and English
Knowledge and ability to work in to work in software such as InDesign, Coral, Photoshop and others related to DTP & GD and also ADOBE & PDF
Ability to develop good interpersonal rapport with intra team members and work in inter departmental projects.
Working knowledge of LMS (Learning Management System)

Key Roles & Responsibilities
Preparation and Submission of periodic analytical reports (monthly, quarterly and annual reports) related to Training, Curriculum and Assessment for T&C based on evidences;Also assist in filing reports and documents, both in electronic (soft) and hard copies.
Support and total responsibility of data management and compilation including collection, compilation, entry, verification, analysis, computer processing of data, documentation and record keeping with respect to Training, Curriculum and Assessment for T&C in the MIS/Computer/Teacher Training Portal, etc.
Maintenance of central filling system and electronic calendar of incoming data.
Following of standard sequences and coding in entering and/or keying in data in correcting, editing and verifying all types of data and frameworks for both the projects NGO School Program and Quality Support Program;
Designing, formatting and typesetting of all T&C documents / files / presentations / reports / question papers / books or workbooks, etc. related to both the projects NGO School Program and Quality Support Program within set timelines;
Back end management and coordination related to T&C MIS, LMS / TTP, Question Bank, etc.

Work in team to create and prepare technical reports on various T&C related activities and ensure timely compilation and authenticity of data, information and outgoing reports.
