Job Description
Collection Product Experience Mandatory: SME (Small Medium Enterprise), LAP (Loan Against Property), Commercial Equipment, Commercial Vehicle, Mortgage Loan.
Qualification: Graduate & Above
Experience: Mini 4 to 5yrs in Collection Product mentioned above.
Job Description:
Collections:
- Manage the assigned Collections portfolio and ensure consistent achievement of branch targets
- Ensure that branch delinquency rates are under control as per company benchmarks
- Efficiently engage in recoveries, repossession and disposal of assets in the region
- Assist in the preparation and issuance of Loan Recall Notice
- Support the Sales and Credit team in identifying negative areas and profiles in the region
- Work closely with internal (Sales/Credit/HR/Admin)and external (Government bodies/Legal agencies/Collection agencies) teams to ensure efficient collections processes
Compliance:
- Ensure that all teams are compliant with Government regulations
- Ensure effective implementation of branch processes and strategies across teams
Policy:
- Track, review competitor policies and recommend relevant changes to branch collection policies
Legal:
- Regularly engage in Legal filing of accounts
- Control and/or minimize the number of cases that move into arbitration and/or court proceedings
Customer centricity:
- Build and sustain relations with customers
- Take into account changing customer needs, profiles and tailor collections processes/policies to ensure maximum output
Agency management:
- Ensure that external agencies perform in sync with branch and organization business goals
Team management:
- Oversee team performances and continually organize training/programs to enhance the same
- Ensure low attrition rates at the designated branch
- Address the various areas of concern reported by the team and recommend implementable solutions
