Description :
- The candidate would be responsible to implement the Quality Strategy as well as strategic operational goals aligned to exceed Customer Expectations for Product Cost, Quality and Delivery
- The role would require to validate quality processes by establishing product specifications and quality attributes

- Our client is a leading Automotive Component Supplier with a strong presence in the Electric Vehicle market segment with manufacturing plants as well as dedicated R&D Centres in the India Market
Description :
- The candidate would be responsible to implement the Quality Strategy as well as strategic operational goals aligned to exceed Customer Expectations for Product Cost, Quality and Delivery
- Achieve Quality Assurance Operational Objectives by contributing analysis to strategic plans
- The role would require to validate quality processes by establishing product specifications and quality attributes
- Work in co-ordination with internal & external stakeholders which is mainly the manufacturing team as well as End Automotive OEM Customers
- Lead and develop a state of the art Quality Systems
Profile :
- M.Tech or B.Tech in Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation Engineering with a strong academic record
- Quality Certifications in 6 Sigma, Lean Management or a degree in Quality Management
- Experience of Having worked in a Automotive Electric Vehicle Industry either as part of OEM/Component Manufacturer is desirable
- At Least 12 years of overall experience of which a minimum 5 years should be in a managerial capacity
- Experience in Managing Testing Teams in addition to Quality
- Strong Decision Making & Problem Solving Skills
- Good Communication & Inter-Personal Skills
