Making outbound calls from the team on leads provided by the company.
Reaching out to new customers and explaining them the benefits of e-learning.
Analyzing customer's requirements and providing them solutions as per their needs.
Achieving sales targets with team by acquiring new clients
Creating database with team by existing and new clients.
Understanding and managing team performance on daily basis.
Adhering to quality standards.
Good Tele-Sales and Tele-communication skills.
