Job Description:
Project Management & Execution Project Set-up, Initiation, Planning & Scheduling, Client & Internal Stakeholder Alignment, Operational Control & Reporting, Communication, Supervision of Procurement, Fabrication and Delivery / Dispatch, within contractual scope, timelines and budget, Risk Management, Change Management, Value Creation and Project Close-out
Contract management with Client, Internal & External Stakeholders and Vendors
Subcontractors evaluation of the work and settlement of the bills
Client Invoicing, Payments Reconciliation & Follow-up and Techno-commercial management of additions / changes to the Contractual scope
Financial Control of the project in terms of resources, quantity and Quality requirements
Technical Engineering Management, Coordination with other departments for identification and resolution of all technical issues, that need to be addressed for timely delivery of project scope
Define project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility at the onset of the project
Ensure resource availability and allocation
Develop & manage a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
Change Management - Manage changes to the project scope, schedule and costs using appropriate verification techniques
Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques and report-out for management attention and necessary action
Report and escalate to management, as needed
Manage the relationship with the Clients, PMC, Licensor, Thirtd Pary Inspection Agencies and all other internal / external stakeholders
Risk management Identification, Monitoring & Mitigate / Minimize project risks and contingency management
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Manage / Conduct / Attend Client meetings to discuss detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific / peculiar / special requirements of each project
Delegate projects / tasks / activities / responsibilities to the team members based on individuals strengths, skill sets and experience
Track project performance, to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals of the project and the organization
Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis
Develop comprehensive project execution plans and share with the clients and internal project team members
Use and continually develop leadership / Data Analysis skills for self and team members
Attend conferences and training required to maintain proficiency
Perform other related duties as assigned
Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs
Very good at clarity, objectivity and expression of spoken and written communication
Organized, Meticulous with planning & execution, orientation towards continuous improvement
Pleasant personality and shall possess strong ability to stand out and make / prove points worth of attention in favor of project and the organization
