Job Description-
1.Build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities.
2.Explain the Customers about the properties.
3.Build good working relationships with channel partners in person and via telephone calls and E-mails .
4. Follow up with potential customers to prospect for new business.
5.calling / meeting clients for doing need analysis.
6.facilitate negotiation between buyer & seller .
7. closing sale and submitting all relevant documents to seller .
8.Report on sales activities to top management with a current and futuristic benchmark.
9.possibly dealing with some major customer accounts.
10.Track, collate and interpret sales figures and reporting.
11.calling and fix meeting with clients .
12.strong sales acumen with good sense and adaptation to Organization culture.
Job specification-
Must have good communication skills .
Pleasing personality and able to handle sales within defined guidelines.
Good PR, Social and networking skills to enhance customer base.
