Job Description:
Excellent problem solving skills
Effective handling of issues received over email/call from clients across world
Daily monitoring of the application
Should be efficient to provide the work around solution
Having good command in writing Oracle/ SQL queries (DDL & DML)
Good knowledge to write Oracle /SQL script by joining multiple tables
Recording of the critical issues and escalation to Bank whenever required
Coordinate with Development team and Bank IT for bug fixes
UAT patch deployment and assisting Banks teamforUAT
Assist Bank for conducting the DR drill activity
To provide technical support to 24x7 OLTP application
Should be ok with traveling to client location across Mumbai.
