We are currently seeking a Project Program Management Sr Specialist to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage all the aspects of large, multiple related initiatives to ensure the overall program is closely aligned to and directly supports the achievement of strategic objectives.
- Full project lifecycle ownership with successful project delivery to include implementation from initiation through deployment.
- Manage, collect, and disseminate project requirements, metrics, test and implementation strategies.
- Build and maintain relationships by engaging business sponsors, key stakeholders, application teams, infrastructure teams, and project teams to establish credibility, solve problems, build consensus and achieve objectives.
- Take accountability for the project success including on-time, on-budget, high-quality targets. Ensure the program goals/milestones are met and budgets are in accordance with financial goals and agreed budgets. establish and track success criteria and metrics for the program and projects.
- Participate in establishing practices, templates, policies, tools and partnerships to expand and mature these capabilities for the organization. Identify opportunities for improvement and assist management team in process improvement(s).
- Provide status reporting for project/program milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks and issues, and communicating across leadership.
- Manage multiple projects and priorities.
Basic Qualifications: (what are the skills required to this job with minimum years of experience on each)
- Minimum 5+ years of experience managing complex IT infrastructure projects involving solutioning, provisioning, management and change in a large global environment.
- Minimum 5+ years experience with standard project management tools and techniques (i.e MS Project, Basecamp, Trello, etc.)
- Minimum 3+ years of experience with procuring, managing, deploying IT infrastructure components (i.e. network routers and switches, circuits, server hardware and software, phone systems, mainframe, etc.)
- No travel required, Willing to work during US work hours
- Bachelor degree in computer science or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a global team
Other Desired Skills
- Able to use, improve, adapt and develop standardized templates and checklists
- Experience providing status reporting at various levels of the organization, up to executive level
- Experience with project conflict resolution and ability to address issues
- Able to communicate effectively with a diverse audience of busy IT professionals and obtain timely status updates
- Expertise in common knowledge-worker tools (Windows, Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.) and specialized project/program management software
- Certified Project Manager PMI/PMP
- ITIL Knowledge/Certification
