Designation: Lead Generation / Sales Executive.

Silikal provides worldwide resin system for floors in Industry, trade, and commerce. It has provided its service for well reputed firms like GOOGLE, P&G, BANGALORE INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT, UNITED BREWERIES TAJ etc. SILIKAL has an exceptionally good competitive advantage over the construction industry, Silikal started its operations in India in the year 2017 and retains its monopoly position over the construction industry.

Eligibility criteria:

Any Graduate with sales / Lead generation Experience

Must have knowledge in Market Research and Analysis.

Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in construction field.

Female Candidates Preferred.

Passion for Sales.

Job description:

Generate leads & enquiries and approach potential customers to market the product

Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and monitor their requirements

Use technical expertise when explaining project plans and discount.

Negotiation with clients and enter into Power purchase agreements for long term

Propagate company vision & mission among customers and salespeople in the field.

Develop sales strategies to acquire new customers or clients.

Analyse sales data and collaborate with marketing executives to develop lead generation plans.

Conduct regular meetings with existing customers and ensure they remain satisfied and ensure positive feedback and reference.

Understanding and analysing the competitors products and prising.

Knowledge about market research and analysis.

SALARY: Based upon current CTC and relevant work experience, as per industry norms.
