Job Title: FACILITY INCHARGE

Report To: HR

Skills and Knowledge(foundational personal and business skills)

Good in verbal and written communication,
A good knowledge of IT packages
Analytical and problem solving
Ability to lead and manage projects
Attention to detail
Time management, prioritising and the ability to handle a complex, varied workload
MS Excel, Word, Emails
Decision Making and organized
Negotiation skills

Experiences (foundational experiences gained, key assignments covered, pre-identification foundational developmental experiences)

Negotiating
Communicating through emails
Generating excel reports
Handled Facility / Admin work

Qualifications & No of years of experience
(key qualifications and foundational training)

Qualification is not a criterion but, relevant skillset is required

Reports

Daily task report
Ticket raised vs ticket closure report
Ticket status report

Job Description

Facilities Incharge essentially look after all of the services that helps a business or organisation do its work. Responsibilities can include:
Security and House keeping - Overseeing and Monitoring their contracts and their work
Building Maintenane - Electrical, Plumbing, Leakages, lift, water, UPS, furniture
Office Facility Maintenance - Chairs, cupboards, fan, AC
Ensuring cost-effectiveness
Systems, network and printers maintenance
Environmental health and safety
overseeing building projects, renovations or refurbishments
drafting reports and making written recommendations.
