Candidates must have following key responsibilities:-
Handling complete end to end recruitment cycle for all Junior, middle & senior level positions.
Handling the entire (Technical as well as Non-Technical) recruitment cycle from sourcing to joining.
Periodically Client Meeting/visiting to our client end for the better understanding on their mandates.
Well versed in ERP Recruitment system HIRECRAFT. Working Knowledge of Outlook Receiving manpower requisition from clients and understanding the criticality of the requirement.
Sourcing profiles from Job Portals (Naukri, Monster), References, Networking and Head Hunting as per the clients requirement and drafting advertisement accordingly.
Attaining special Head Hunt tasks given by specific clients.
Screening the resumes in terms of qualification, experience, expertisation, location wise, technical fit, communication and pay package etc.
Conducting preliminary interviews with the candidates to check their interest skills after briefing them about the job description and company profile.
Creating a pool of potentially suitable candidates from all the possible sources.
Posting job ads on Monster, Naukri.
Suggest the compensation to the potential candidate keeping in mind his education back ground / experience (As per client Salary matrix)
Salary negotiations with the candidates and facilitating the joining process.
Maintaining Candidate and database on Hire craft (Automated Tool) on regular basis.
Created job descriptions for various functions and various levels.
Working on multiple client assignments for various levels
Strong data management - Clean track of total recruitment activity, interviews
(Daily, weekly, monthly) offers and joining and ensuring up-to- date compliance of the recruitment system and directives as communicated from time to time.
