Work Description/Role Summary: (Brief 4-5 line description of the role )
- Execute online campaigns, using Marketing Automation Tool(Eloqua), from pre-existing content and templates includes setup of emails, forms, and web pages, as well as distribution of emails to pre-specified contacts.
- Provide Campaign owners with suggestions for improving Campaign content based on best practices in email marketing.
- Ability to coordinate with business unit leaders, particularly marketing liaisons for reports / data.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Generate innovative ideas in driving the current campaign process for successful campaigning.
- Communicate with clients to understand the campaign specifications and objectives and execute them before deadlines.
- Timely and consistent reporting.
- Track the campaign results and evaluate the success and effectiveness of the campaign and the share the report with Campaign Requestor.
- Weekly Update calls with sponsors and updating the weekly progress.
Role overview: (Detailed role description 10-12 lines)
Consultant I will be responsible for supporting the Eloqua Global Support Team. The position provides support to a specific region (US, EMEA, APAC etc) in the global team. The individual will primarily be responsible for creating online campaigns, using Marketing Automation Tool(Eloqua), from pre-existing content and templates includes setup of emails, forms, and web pages, as well as distribution of emails to pre-specified contacts. Track the campaign results and evaluate the success and effectiveness of the campaign and the share the report with Campaign Requestor. Should oversee the teams work and quality. Take ownership of the team s work and responsibilities. Work towards process improvements where ever required.
Skills Knowledge Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Eloqua or any other email campaign tools
- MS office suite, with expertise in MS excel
- Intermediate knowledge in HTML and CSS

Mandatory Skills (Specialized)
- Good To Have : Intermediate knowledge in Java Script Certification in Marketing Automation Platform
- Advanced Excel skills
- Any CRM tool experience
- Small to large project teams and extensive interaction with internal and/or external clients.
