Job Responsibility

1. Managing the existing and Recruitment of the New agents
2. Planing and devicing the local scheme and engagement program for Agents
3. Ensuring the agent productivity and activation
4. Training and agent life cycle management
5. Brand development by conducting road shows
6. Ensure Nil discripancy and high customer service satisfaction
7. Ensuring meeting of the targets month on Month basis assigned to SM

8.Candidate can be from GI,Life, Health Insurance Background. Must be stable in his/her current assignment for more than a year.
