Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute recruiting plans.
- Screen applications from various sources, e.g. online and referrals
- Non IT recruitment experience preferred
- Conduct job interviews to determine if candidate should be referred to hiring department for further interview. Write and Co-ordinate outside employment advertising, job postings, etc.
- Develop and track goals for the recruiting and hiring process
- Screen applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements
- Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation
- Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
Desired Candidate Profile Must be proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) Must be able to work independently and in a team environment Must be able to Multi-Task Effective written and verbal communication skillsShould be willing to work on site and comfortable with UK shift i.e. 2:00 pm to 11:00 pm
