Job Description
Designation: Marketing Executive - Software
Location: Bangalore
Experience: 1 - 2 Years
Roles & Responsibilities:
Learning about products, understanding and explaining our products to the target customers.Conducting market research by talking to customers and generate data to establish product features, pricing, etc
Build and manage our social media presence by implementing strategies and tactics that grow our followers, engage and retain them and help them convert into better customers and promoters of our company.
Obtain insights into customers usage of current products, untapped opportunities and buyer personas, through interviews, surveys, focus groups and sales data
Plan and participate in the launch of new services and products which involves other team
Meeting potential clients to create new customers and also manage existing ones
Speak and present about products to both external and internal audiences
Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update website, SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization etc.)
Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels
excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, capable of conversing with international clients.
Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
Should be creative and understand how to both build and convert a digital audience
Have an in-depth knowledge of social media and various platforms such as Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
Able to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive and to handle uncertainty, ambiguity and the challenge of quickly evolving goals
Professional regarding time and deadlines
Should have basic knowledge on C sharp, Angular Ionic, Artificial Intelligence, Java, PHP, Data Analytics, Data Mining, MS SQL, Cloud Deployment, ERP Etc
