We are currently seeking a HC & Insurance Operations Senior Rep. to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Ndu (IN-TN), India (IN).
Should follow the policy and procedure which is defined by the
customer. Secure the PHI information. - Established working
knowledge and application of a specialized technical skills. -
Understands how work impacts results for their area. -
Demonstrates knowledge of internal operations and develops
relationships to facilitate workflow. - Applies specialized knowledge
of Human anatomy & common scientific terminologies to coordinate
day to day work - Knowledge of related regulations and
standards. - Strong understanding of current processes and
procedures and may identify opportunities for improvement. -
Completes a wide range of tasks and assignments. - Projects and
assignments are typically non-routine and variable in nature. -
Resolves more complex situations by applying demonstrated
knowledge and skills generally acquired through job experience. -
Require Life science background graduate science/required
maximum typing skill and Good analytical skill in Health care
domain. - Required schedule availability for this position is
Monday-Friday 6PM/4AM IST The shift timings can be changed as
per client requirements. Additionally, resources may have to do
overtime and work on weekend's basis business requirement.
