Position: Mechanical Head
Location: Head Office, Gurugram
Reporting: CEO, Director & VP
Responsibility:
- Planning, Scheduling & Estimating the cost of all preventive maintenance activities of the plant and machinery.
- Timely (daily, weekly & yearly) maintenance of plant & machinery.
- Project progress report & update on daily/weekly/monthly/yearly basis.
- Developing and implementing procedures as per standards to ensure a streamlined maintenance and construction activity.
- Backup and contingency plans to tackle emergency breakdown.
- Maintenance of overdue status of Safety Relief Valve of plants, coordinate to get them calibrated & to procure a new one on its failure during the calibration.
- Scheduling day to day activity at project site.
- Quality check of all the equipment.
- Prepare DPR, MCR, BR,DRR, oil consumption per vehicle/machinery
- Providing cost control ideas on regular basis.
- Regular visit to site.
- Arrangement of manpower at project site if required & planning of the manpower.
Must have experience of Head office who can handle the multiple projects
Must have experience of roads & highway projects
