Location: Lower Parel (Kamala Mills) Designation: Asst / Dy Manager - HRBP Draft JD for reference: A. Talent Acquisition:

Sourcing(for critical positions), screening, interview scheduling, selection, and on-boarding
JD management
Maintaining Recruitment trackers

B. Employee Lifecycle Management: Onboarding to exit complete process C. PMS: KPI Management D. Audits(Maintaining updated HR Process Sheeters and SOPs);Organization Structure(Maintaining updated Organogram). E. Managing LMS and Employee Engagement F. Employee Communication H. Any other related areas G. Employee Relations Management Qualification :MBA / PGDM Experience : 3 to 7yrs
