Job Description

1. Communicate with clients to identify their requirements and choice of property.

2. Oversee the preparation and approval of documents such as purchase agreements and lease contracts.

3. Co-oordinate for closing of property deals to ensure vital documents are signed and payment received.

4. Facilitate arrangements to give buyers the view of a property before concluding a sales deal.

5. Additional responsibilities include managing and maintaining premises, Filing and compliance, Monitoring vendors and agencies
