Job Description

As a National Sales Manager, Collision Repair business, Automotive Aftermarket Division you will have the opportunity to work with Channel Partners as well as Auto OEM Dealerships. Here, you will make an impact by:
Manage direct report of 5 team members. Total team of 32 members.
Meeting sales and collection objective of Collision Repair
Implement and execute on business priorities.
Manage existing Channel Partners and appoint new in areas we are not represented
Make mutual business plan with channel partners and provide support as well as drive execution to meet the plan.
Sales calls to Auto OEM Dealerships with pre-determined objectives like
Winning competition accounts by preparing relevant business case along with Channel
Engage OEM Dealerships using consultative approach to make business plan along with Channel with objective to ensure secondary business growth
Initiate and run campaigns to promote business at Dealerships
Training programs for Sales and body shop at OEM Dealerships
Train channel partners and channel team to win new OEM Dealership business as well as improve penetration in existing
Prepare and conduct presentations/product demos at distributor partner and at Auto OEM Dealerships (business reviews, product trainings, etc.).
Daily account management using Salesforce.com.
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
PGDBM/MBA (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution
14 - 18 years of field sales experience in sales profile handling key accounts
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
Experience in Automotive Aftermarket Industry is preferable relevant Industry could be Paints
Key account management experience working with multi location customers.
Experience calling on and managing corner office executive level relationships.
Presentation skills, CRM (Salesforce.com), written and verbal communication, business planning, sales, and competitive testing.
Location: Bangalore
Sales Territory: Pan India
Travel: Primarily local travel at this point of time 40% to 50% outstation travel will start at later point of time
Relocation Assistance: May be authorized
