Operations Executive - Operations Executives play a critical role in ensuring that all orders are processed and delivered in a timely and efficient manner. We are looking for intelligent, quick-thinking candidates who have good communication skills, interpersonal skills and can handle stress well.

Min. 1.5 -2 years of experience required.
The primary responsibilities of an Operations Executive would be:

• Ensuring orders are accepted in a timely fashion
  
• Ensuring orders are delivered in a timely fashion
  
• Ensuring that all delays and problems are raised with the relevant departments as soon as possible.
  
• Handling Merchant & customer queries.
  
• Proficient knowledge of warehouse procedure and policy
  
• Excellent problem-solving skills and leadership qualities
  
• Ability to work with all levels of company staff
• Proficient knowledge of inventory and inventory controls
  
• Stock Management & stock forecasting in the warehouse,
  
• Dealing with Complexity & deadline-oriented work,
  
• Oversee daily operations, while controlling and managing inventory and logistics
